Our 30-Day No-Hassle Refund
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Super Foot Moisturizer product, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure your request meets the following criteria:
- Time Limit: Your refund request must be initiated within 30 days from the date you purchased the product. We cannot offer refunds after this 30-day period has passed.
- Product Usage: The product must have no more than 5% of its contents used. If more than 5% of the product has been used, it is not eligible for a refund.
- Sample Products: We do not offer refunds for sample products. Since you only pay for shipping for these items, they are considered final sale.
- One Refund Per Household: To ensure fair use of our policy, we can only process one refund per household address.
- Product recall: We do our best to provide the best product possible and we hold our venders to the highest standards, but anytime you manufacture goods, recalls are possible. In this situation the above criteria do not apply and 2Wild Cosmetics will do everything possible to make it right.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via our contact page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your information and guide you through the next steps. We might ask you to send us a scanned copy of your reciept.
